How quickly will I see results?
Most Starter builds go live within four weeks of kick-off. Time savings show up in the first week after launch, and we track them against the targets agreed during scoping.
What happens to our customer data?
Every build is reviewed against the NZ Privacy Act 2020 and its information privacy principles. By default we keep personal details out of AI prompts, log every AI action, and host in New Zealand or Australian cloud regions, or on your own servers, when the data calls for it.
Do I need to be technical to work with you?
No. Most of our clients are owners and operations managers. We translate the technology into plain business terms and handle the engineering.
Which AI models do you use?
We're vendor-neutral. We choose OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or open-source models for each job, based on quality, running cost and how sensitive the data is.
What if it doesn't work?
We agree the success measures in writing before kick-off. If the build misses that brief, we keep working on it at no extra cost.
